PHILADELPHIA, Dec. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- 黑料视频 Cork & Seal Company, Inc. (NYSE: CCK; Paris Bourse) announced today that Hugues du Rouret, 63, has been elected to the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. du Rouret is an international business consultant, and until last year he was Chairman and Managing Director of Shell France and a director of Shell Chemical Europe, both affiliates of the Royal Dutch Group. With this appointment, the Board now has 11 members.

Mr. du Rouret has extensive international business experience. He has served at Royal Dutch/Shell for 36 years in positions across Africa and Europe of increasing responsibility and management roles. In May 2001, Mr. du Rouret was appointed -- by Government decree -- French Counselor to the French Minister of Foreign Trade.

Mr. du Rouret currently serves on several Boards, including Gras Savoye, an international insurance brokerage firm and Banque Saint-Olive, a private investment bank. He also represents the French oil industry as an elected member of the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry, is Chairman of the Board of the European Management School and serves as a member of the Board of Universite Paris X. Additionally, Mr. du Rouret is a member of the International Trade Commission and the Economic and Finance Commission.

Mr. du Rouret holds an E.S.C.P. ("Etudes Superieures Economiques et Financieres") graduate degree from the Paris Management Business School. He is fluent in French, Italian and English.
